Liked: The location is unbelievable-better than you expect. you can see the hauptbahnhoff from the main door! Travelled on my own and its a great place to meet other friendly backpackers.

Liked: Very excellent, social place. Great atmosphere at all times of the day.

Disliked: Was a little unsure about the security just because of the large dorm room. The wifi was VERY slow early on but has gotten better. A little too loud by 2am haha.

Liked: really close to the main train station and walking distance from everything we needed. great breakfast available.

Disliked: no air-con can be pretty sticky in the middle of summer. big windows and ledges were cool to sit on at night though.

Liked: good location/easy to locate and just outside the main train station which makes it easy to commute anywhere. the free-wi fi internet is one of the best ideas , its just that it could be extended to rooms, that would be great.the luggage storage room is also a good facility.i liked the idea that people could use the musical instruments on display at the lobby.the breakfast is good , just that it could be a little different once in couple of days..

Disliked: the check-in time is 1300-1400+ hrs. it gets difficult for some travellers like me who take long or connected flights and travel all night and reach there in the morning only to find out and wait till noon to check in. As the weather was unexpectedly very very warm, some sort of temporary arrangements like table fans should have been (or atleast at the lobby where most of the crowd hangs out)...... free-internet only in the lobby, could be better in rooms as well.

Liked: the staff was very friendly and the breakfast is pretty decent.

Disliked: we couldnt bring our own alcohol into the lobby and its always really loud in the lobby. they also give misleading information about walking tours!

Liked: Friendly staff......great location right in the center of the city....awesome breakfast....all in all...a great value for money....would recommend it to other travellers

Liked: I was using Frankfurt as a home base throughout my 6 weeks traveling through Europe. It was SO convenient to get to and from the airport and for any trains or planes that we needed. Its right on a long street with some restaurants, nothing special but they have a bar at the hostel which was cheap and a lot of fun. They also had very good breakfast in the morning. It is also VERY secure.

Disliked: There really wasnt anything I didnt like at this hostel.

Liked: Nice place for a night or max. two. Good location in case you want to get an early train or something. Otherwise I would stay somewhere nearer the city, cause the suburb of the hostel can be quite creepy.. Nice stuff and free meals!

Disliked: The suburbs of the hostel can be quite creepy. The safety lockers costs 2e per night...

Liked: It has a nice common room where people tend to hang out, and a good location near the main train station.

Disliked: There are only 2 showers that are shared among each floor of probably over 40. Plus, these double as bathrooms and both cannot be used at once. This was very annoying. I even had to wait for a shower at 1:30 in the morning. Also, the rooms get intolerably hot.

Liked: Probably the best feature is its location. It really is perfectly located close to the train station, and the signage is great because I could read it from way across the street. The elevator is a nice feature too. Excellent free buffet breakfast. We had a warm and friendly welcome.

Disliked: Our room was WAY TOO small for 4 bunk beds. There was no ventilation AT ALL. A bit disturbed by the fact that one entire floor of almost 50 people had to share TWO bathrooms. The bathrooms were not even clean - drain kept clogging up, floor was constantly wet, and someone didn't even have the decency to throw their used toilet paper into the toilet. Didn't like the fact that we had to rent our lockers too.
