Liked: It's really hip. Everything looks great, new, and clean. The staff works really hard to provide whatever it takes for travelers to feel comfortable. I loved the hostel, just not the city.

Disliked: It is in the middle of the red light district, so make sure you're willing to brave the creepy men you'll pass on the streets.

Liked: very nice building, nice furniture, good facilities, comfy beds and very secure (front door buzzer and individual key cards for each room)

Disliked: nothing. others might not like that its in the heart of the red light district but it didnt bother me at all.

Liked: Near by the main train station, very clean facilities, comfortable bed. On top of it, the staff was very kind and was taking good care of gests.

Disliked: People may not like walking through the red light district to get to the hostel. Personally, I didn't find it as a problem though.

Liked: Everything was clean, the kitchen was small, but very efficient and well equipped. They had free Wi-Fi, which was great.

Disliked: not the type of place where you meet people, it's more like a hotel

Liked: Very close to the Hauptbahnhof. The staff is quite good and helping. Since it is in the red light district, therefore I was earlier reluctant to go there and I was about to cancel my reservation, but on reaching the hostel, I found it completely safe and fine.

Liked: so many personal touches and lovely little things... you can tell they seriously take the feedback from backpackers. - free tea and coffee :) - little lockers with plugs inside to charge things!! - great graffiti on the walls - so many great social activities, really trying to build a community. wish i could have stayed longer!

Disliked: could maybe put some mirrors in the dorm bathrooms? hee hee.

Liked: A very nice, spacious and light common room, solid breakfast that can be eaten any time from 7.30 to 12.00 o'clock.

Disliked: Very noisy all through the night because the hostel is located in a red light district. Despite such environment, the hostel itself is safe and clean.

Liked: The nightly activities were fantastic and a great way to meet people. The rooms were clean, and I felt safe there.

Liked: The location near the train station is great and the hostel is very clean and new.

Disliked: Strange people hanging around outside. It is in the Red-Light district and they do warn you about this ahead of time.

Liked: I liked the convenience of the train station being only a 5 min or less walk from the hostel. Front desk clerk gave me a room early (check in is late) even though I arrived at 1000. Comfortable lobby for socializing in the morning. The WiFi in the rooms is a big plus.

Disliked: Had to find a different route so I didn't walk alone thru the red light district getting to/from the hostel. The key card didn't always unlock the door. No good places to eat near the hostel, unless you go to the train station. The toilet room smelled bad. There is no shower door, so you have to set your items on the small stool & move it far from the shower so it doesnt get wet. The breakfast is not worth 4euros. Go to the backerie in the station.
