Liked: Excellent location, within walking distance of the Altstadt. Warm, clean and spacious room with an excellent shower. The staff were also really friendly.

Disliked: Check-in of 3pm was a bit late however we could leave our bags in the luggage room so it gave us an opportunity to investigate the City, before checking in.

Liked: The staff were really nice and helpful. Some of the nicest I've encountered. The breakfast, even though you have to pay for it, is awesome. Totally worth it.

Disliked: A little expensive for share accommodation.

Liked: Generally a very positive experience (despite comments below), and I would probably stay there again. It was very central and the rooms were basic but clean.

Disliked: Not secure. I checked out in the morning (i.e. dropped my key in the box provided) and put my backpack in the permanently unlocked luggage room. When I came back in the evening I was able to walk in and take my backpack out without talking to a member of staff. I'm just very thankful that nobody else decided to do the same with my luggage during the day while I was out sightseeing! The staff were not particularly keen to help - while they clearly knew what they were doing, I waited at the counter for quite a while before realising that it was up to me to catch someone's eye and make my request (please can I pick my key up?) known. That said, once you had their attention, they were very helpful.

Liked: Impeccably clean and the bathroom and toilet are en suite and in great condition, like a medium range hotel.

Disliked: The place is huge and a bit impersonal, the staff seems quite uninterested in the guests, polite but serious and very business-like. Breakfast and internet not included in the price.

Liked: Was at a good location, spacious, and aover all good.

Disliked: The day i was staying there was only one staff at the reception, and me and lot of other people had to wait in line for drinks, bookings internet etc.... I feel is there should be more people and different staff for bar section. Makes service Quick. Also I could see that the girl at the reception that day was very busy...and i am sure she must have gone very tired end of the day.

Liked: Nice hostel, near the Königsallee, Altstadt and railway station. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The bar was open 24 hours.

Disliked: Internet wasn't free and was in fact quite expensive, 1,50 € for 30 minutes.

Liked: we didn't know there were dorm rooms too. sadly we couldn't change our booking to a dormroom without losing our deposit...

Disliked: wifi expensive...

Liked: The cleanliness and the tidiness of the rooms! Amazing compared to other hostels i've been to this vacation!

Disliked: The internet is paid... It shoudlnt be a luxury, and it should be provided free of charge to guests!

Disliked: They lie about what you get while staying there. Paying for sheets and internet when it says it's free online when you book is ridiculous.
