Liked: Clean, Roomy, Good location, Helpful Staff, decent understanding of english

Disliked: Some residual cigarette smell, but i think that is endemic to europe.

Liked: room was big enough for 4 of us and warm. breakfast was great. location excellent. easy to walk to Christmas markets and old town areas

Disliked: the shower was not fixed properly and so not very easy to wash there.

Liked: Cleanliness, nice TV programs (above average)

Disliked: There is a bar/disco on the first floor, extremely noisy, that didn't let me sleep on saturday night and I arrived late to the conferences on sunday. Extremely annoying. I would have rated this hoter very well if I had been there only thursday and friday.

Liked: It was right in the middle of the city and the breakfast was good. nice but slightly confused staff.

Disliked: some of the fixtures were damaged, e.g. the shower screen in our ensuite.

Liked: Enchanting!The double room looks like an apartment…like the Holly’s in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”! You can even find kitchen inside.The bathroom is so wide that you could stay there like in a living room and you find fruit smelling hand soap and shower gel!They offer a good and large breakfast in the morning.

Liked: Location. We booked for 11 people. Three cancelled, but that was no problem at all at arrival. She just charged us for 8 people. Very nice and friendly.

Liked: The twin room was elegant, comfortable and really clean and the service was excellent and breakfast was great. Real value for money. I really enjoyed my stay.
