Liked: Clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, comfortable, good facilities, excellent value for money.

Disliked: The hostel was about a 30 minute walk to the centre of town, but only a couple of Ubahn stops and close to 2 Ubahn lines so is not in the centre of town but this was not a major problem for us.

Liked: generally acceptable, staff are helpful, good value chain hostel, despite of the distance from Hauptbahnhof.

Disliked: smoking seems to be permitted inside of the building in germany, so the bar is full of smoke. So is the guest kichen, the smell is unpleasant.

Disliked: They told me on my 2nd days, but I said i dont wanna to change, due to i have no time to re-pack my stuffs, end up when i leave the room early the morning, they remove all my stuff all in i pack, and the empty beer botter whice is not belong to me, all put n a store room. when i back, they asked me to pick up myself, and change to another room. Most the staffs have they own body lagg

Liked: had a fun atmosphere, was pretty clean, and the staff was friendly

Liked: Staff very helpful. good location- close to cologne uni and to city centre & tram lines

Disliked: costs 5 euros to do one load of washing-- quite high! they overbooked one room i stayed in- one night there were 9 people staying in an 8bed room, because reception made a mistake :S cleanliness okay, but could be better advertises 'free pasta' but only get that if you pay 3 euros for some sauce to go with it!

Liked: Although sleeping in a dorm the people staying there were fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay there again if ever in Cologne again.

Liked: Great location, easy to reach from the airport and the train station, relatively quite place, clean and friendly stuff.

Disliked: The only thing I did not like (but not solved at all) was, that I booked a bed in the 6-bed dorm, but I was placed to the 8-bad.

Liked: Very clean, nice atmosphere and location

Disliked: Staff were not very able persons. They gave us one room that was being used by other people. Then transferred us to another room but we didn´t have towels and there was a lot of noise from the elevator. Wi-fi not in the rooms, only at the bar Breakfast quite expensive (4.5 E) and not very tasty

Liked: The staff where very friendly and helpful, very cheap to stay and has very good facilities, only 400 mtrs from lots of bars and club, all round we had an exelent stay, many thanks to the staff

Liked: staff, facilities, rooms, cleanliness, bar and breakfast, general atmosphere, all were excellent!

Disliked: dorm living can have its downsides, but that's not the fault of the hostel. Bring earplugs if you happen to have a snorer in your room. ;)

Liked: A very warm feeling in this hostel, got bar and lounge which are good. People are friendly and nice neighborhood too, safe area

Disliked: except the location of the hostel is in-between two stations so it's a bit hard to find and reach.
