Well located, close to the city center and river promenade.
Not so far to the main train station too.
Quiet by night, but this is also up to the guests.
The bathrooms shoud be renewed, because a bit "retro'".

The showers were awesome and the rooms were not too bad. Shame you could not lock your luggage up.

We had to check in at the Green Bar around the corner, and the atmosphere was great because a soccer game was on and the bar was packed. The bar tender was very helpful getting us checked in. The location is wonderful, an easy walk from the cathedral and all of the pedestrian district.

The location was pretty near to the train station. But loud parties below and lack of cooking facilities was not appreciated.

perfect place for staying. Its location is very near S-bahn stop (about 10 minutes) where you can go to television tower (Alexandre plaz) by 5 mins and museum composition at 10 mins. The facilities are new and good. Staff is English friendly and helpful

It was nice having the bar downstairs. A good place to hang out and relax. They have a computer for internet usage, which was appreciated.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the traditional German breakfast provided was great value for money. It was great having the bar attached to the hostel with several good beers on tap and a wide range of drinks. As 6 students spending 4 days in Cologne, the dorm we were given with bunk beds was perfect. There were plenty of (hot!) showers and a couple of toilets out in the corridor.
