Hostel Am Rheinauhafen, Cologne, is situated in the city center, directly at the river Rhine. Several rooms have a direct Rhine view. All sights of Cologne can be visited within a foot walk. To the main station and Cathedral - 10 minutes of walk, to the Heumarkt or Chocolate museum- 3 minutes of walk, to the river Rhine - 40 meters.
Every hostel room has a sink and a wardrobe, dorms have lockers, and the whole hostel is a non-smoking area except our bar. In our bar every week, we have musical events with DJs and specials. During German Football, Federal League games, you have the chance to experience the atmosphere of a traditional German football fan club in our bar.

-one 7-beds-dorm with common bath for 19/21 Euros for bed and night
- two 6-bed-dorm with common bath for 20/22 Euros for bed and night
- Two 5-bed-dorms with common bath for 20/22 Euros for bed and night;
- two 4-bed-private rooms with shared bath for 22/24 Euros for bed and night;
- four 3-bed-private rooms with shared bath for 26/30 Euros for bed and night;
- Four double private rooms with shared bath for 30/35 Euros for bed and night;
- Two single rooms with shared bath for 39/49 Euros for room and night;
- A 4-bed-private en-suite with kitchen and bath, for 35 Euros for bed and night
Payment:
The payment must be done on arrival in cash or transferred into our account in advance. We do not accept credit cards.
We take a key deposit of 20 Euros (for the house door key and the room key) and give it back to you on your departure.
Breakfast is not included in the room price but is available at the price of 5 Euros.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in from 2.00 p.m. of the arrival day
Check-out: until 12.00 a.m. of the departure day
If you check-in or check-out between 1.00 a.m. and 08.00 a.m. please inform the reception in advance to check the possibility to check-in or our at this time
What else is there:
The part of the hostel is the Green-Bar which is open in the evening to everybody. Here you can have breakfast, watch TV or listen to the music and meet friends. Our reception is also there.
