Liked: Location is really great,

Disliked: Internet WiFI system is not free and bit unuseful. You have to logg in one by one, Costomer gust is bad manner , depends on person , some of them so noisy even at midnight and so early morning on each floor

Liked: Worth the price, it is a mixed hotel-hostel but you get what you pay for.

Disliked: No towels provided, they charge for linen.

Liked: The room is very clean. And the breakfast is very good. I will visit here again if I have chance to Koln again.

Disliked: There is no fun place around Hostel.

Liked: They have a lot of facilities, like a pool table, internet, and breakfast, but you have to pay for all of them. Unlike a lot of small hostels, A&O hostels really tries to profit from everything. They have a lot of staff members, but they are always talking to one another or flirting with guests, so it takes a long time to get anything done.

Disliked: My biggest concern is that the hostel cares more about making money than providing a service.

Liked: Very clean bathrooms, felt extremely hygienic so nothing to complain about there. Rooms tend only to have a few beds so some space to breathe.

Disliked: Lacked atmosphere; not a great place to meet people. Also didn't have many facilities; no kitchen, laundry, free wi fi etc.

Liked: The rooms clean and organised, and it was good to have hair-dryer.

Disliked: The place was dire for meeting people. The staff were clinical and often erging on rude, and appeared not to care about their guests at all. I wouldn't recommend.

Liked: Excellent location for the Gay area of the city - right by the 'Bermuda Triangle' and Rudolfplatz. Clean, neat, very efficient!

Disliked: A little soulless, not very much character, and not great opportunities for meeting people.

Liked: nice clean new rooms, good cheap breakfast

Disliked: try to avoid a room on the side of the buidling that overlooks the glass recycling bins - these are used day and night just just by individuals but by local bar owners to dispose of hundreds of glass bottles. If you love the sound of breaking glass....
