Liked: Not particularly fancy but well located, good fun, good facilities and good value for money. Don't bother with the breakfast though

Liked: Great location that was easy to access from the main train station. Facilities were fairly clean and seemed to be well looked after.

Liked: It was an ok to place for the price but just make sure you have ear plugs because you are litterally steps away from the train station and churches!! so you will be hearing announcments and bells ringing early in the morning

Liked: Funky smell pervades the floors, the bathrooms are rather icky, the kitchen could do with a good scrubbing down but the location really is awesome and the directions make it nearly impossible to get lost.

Liked: Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and toilets/showers. Really good cheap breakfast. Would definitely recommend

Liked: I absolutely LOVE this hostel. One of the top 3 hostels I've visited. Location is perfect, it's clean, friendly staff, great price, it's all good =)

Liked: The bar and computer lounge was a great place to meet people an the security was more than sufficient. The only downside was the inconvenience of the timed showers. Having to press a button every 5 seconds for water was a bit of a pain.

Liked: This place was ok, but if u get a room on the side of the train station then u will have a hard time falling asleep as it is loud, really really loud. the trains in cologne go all night and announcements and train horns will wake u up if your window is open, which is a must because it is hot. my bed was broken as well, so i switched it with another one because i would not be able to sleep on it...

Liked: The shower was appalling. Unbearably powerful, so much so that it hurts to stand under. The shower turns off every three seconds. And gets hotter every time you turn it back on, meaning it gets horribly scalding.

Liked: It was very close to main station, very easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt very safe, both inside as well as in the area. Nice bed, very clean linen. Bathroom was super! Very nice hostel.

Liked: Good location, my room smelled like feet. the dorm i was in was all single beds, not bunks! The good shower was hidden, but I found it last day!

Liked: Good hostel only minutes walk from train station, shops and the incredible Dom cathederal. Nice rooms with proper beds, not bunk! Free internet and wifi. Large free lockers. Nice bar in lobby. Proper private toilets. Had to pay extra for breakfast. Some staff were friendly and some weren't.
