Liked: Close to main train sation, they had laundry, it was like 3-5 Euros I do not remember. They have 3 computer you could use on 1st floor, that was nice also. Front stuff was nice enough.

Disliked: Not much, shower was kind week, but still ok.

Liked: very cheap and very well located in the city center, 5 minutes by feet from the catedral and train's station

Disliked: for the breakfast, you have to pay exactly what you're eating. that's not very pratical. they should make one fix price.

Liked: The location of the hostel is very good and is very near the train station. The staff is very helpful and the dorm is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hostel to young travellar.

Liked: Its location and the fact that bed linen was included.

Disliked: The staff was very unfriendly. We asked whether we could print our boarding cards, he explained that their printer and network did not work properly but still tried. As a result, 12 pages were printed out instead of 4 and we had to pay them all. It's 1 EUR for 4 pages. The beds are old, uncomfortable and dirty. The showers and the toilets are dirty. The luggage room is located in the basement and there is no elevator.

Liked: Very Convenient for train station. Lots of space in the room - single beds not bunks so fewer people.

Liked: Made arrangements to downgrade as single beds required. Couldnt refund the difference in deposit but we were given 2 welcome beers, which were greatly appreciated.

Liked: great location, close to the train station and there are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Though not really great, I still enjoy using the kitchen a lot

Disliked: Wifi only at the lobby, the smell of smoke goes everywhere from the smoking lounge, although they claim to have pin code safe available all of them are not working

Liked: Very good location, easy to find and just 3minutes walk from central station and cathedral.It is also very near tourist office and Hoho street for shopping. I like the free internet and free Christmas choc cookies. Kitchen is clean and there is cabinet with free stuff (leftovers by other travellers). Bed is not double decker and has personal wall lamp for reading and does not disturb others. I like the card system for entry to room and also refundable lock and key for the luggage room.

Disliked: Toilet is smelly though functional. Constant cigarette smoke in the common room with internet. The pillow is not very comfortable, the content inside clumped together presumably due to washing. The quilt is very thin but luckily the room is warm during winter.

Disliked: Quite noisy during the night as you can hear everyone walking and talking next door, outside your door, and room above your room.

Liked: The bedrooms were good and it was nice that they did not have bunk beds. The free internet was a nice bonus as was the 12pm (midday) check out time.
