Liked: This was a fantasic place to stay, it exeded my expectations. Comfy beds, great staff, great WIFI connection, atmosphere and facilities. The U-bahn is located right outside the door, and if you decide to stay at this great place, try the loacal beer on offer at the bar.

Disliked: Some clothes hooks in the shower would be nice as there isnt enough room to place anything somewhere where it wont get wet.

Liked: everything except bed. I experienced 4 Hostels in Cologne, and here is the best.

Disliked: The bed was not very good. I had to wake up several times during the night.

Liked: The best showering facilities ever encountered at a hostel and and above average kitchen also.

Liked: Easily found on the Underground, if a little distance from Koln centre. Friendly and helpful staff - really accommodating Great cafe on the ground floor Very clean

Disliked: Decor of room quite 'retro' - but it added to the character, so hardly an issue

Liked: Great location and fantastic staff!

Disliked: Not very secure, you have to be dependent on others to keep your room locked. BYOLock for the lockers..

Liked: the staff is really friendly and the cafe seems very warm. There is also a very cheap kabap resturant just stands facing the hostel!

Disliked: maybe it is better that have a table inside the room

Liked: Good Kitchen area and everything looks neat and tidy. There is always someone on reception and the location is good as well (go to the park ~2 mins away and look at the penguins!)

Liked: Loved the fact you could pick up wifi in bed!

Disliked: no cooked breakfast, but there weren't many guests so it's completely understandable!

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Warm and welcoming cafe and cheap local beer :)

Disliked: Unfortunately we experienced bed bugs at this hostel and were severely bitten. I have been reassured by staff at the hostel that the affected rooms have since been treated.

Disliked: It's location was the worst factor concerning the hostel. Secondly, the €20 deposit for the room key is not mentioned in the booking order.
