Liked: Great staff, great standard of accomodation - beds very comfortable - each with own light and power socket. Airy and pleasant - also the cafe downstairs is brilliant - 1 euro coffees for guests!

Liked: The location right next to the ubahn stop was great.

Disliked: There was hardly any parking and it isn't in a great location for restaurants

Liked: Although a little out from the city centre I was easy to get to and the staff were very helpful and very entertaining as a solo traveler I had a ball here and I recomend it to anyone, very clean almost like a hotel

Disliked: Slightly overbooked :-) Were asked nicely to add two secondary beds to the 4p room and free up a room so they wouldn't have to send people away, to which we conceded. Beds are only for sleeping anyway :-)

Liked: It's near to the metro station, on a very live street, full of markets and shops which are open till midnight. 4 stations to Dom Church. It was clean.

Liked: The rooms were spacious, clean and functional, and the bathrooms modern and adequate. I particularly liked the café bar area which was thoughtfully designed and helped contribute to a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The bar staff were particularly friendly and helpful in making us feel at home, assisting us in suggesting places to go out to in the evening which made our stay an excellent experience. The hostel fulfilled all our needs perfectly. Thank you guys.

Liked: The Cafe it's a very nice place to be. The romms are big enough and the service is good. It has a very close subway station.

Disliked: The fact that it doesn't has an elevator

Liked: Leaving the metro station the hostel is the first thing you see when coming up the steps, great staff, good english and very helpful. The hostel have it's own pub, very big and open to all, I had a very good few hours there meeting people.

Disliked: I was in a 4 bed dorm, which was mixed, which was not advertised when booked.

Liked: They have beautiful bikes to hire for a cheap price. Do it! Best way to see the city and makes up for the hostel being a little bit outside of the centre. Staff were helpful, bar was great (and cheap), always good to have a kitchen.

Liked: Nice laid back vibe. Staff friendly & helpful. Well located - both in terms of the area & access to the rest of Cologne (the u-bahn station is right outside). Good breakfast available.

Liked: I liked the cafe downstairs that we had available to us to lounge in, drink coffee, etc. I also liked the location- farther from the city center, the atmosphere was relaxed.

Disliked: Nothing, really.

Liked: The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, price very reasonable. The staff were full of helpful recommendations and they had good bicycles for hire which made my stay so much more enjoyable. Also the common room was a very nice place to sit in. The breakfast was great!

Disliked: There was a pub/cafe on the ground floor but not a great deal of interaction between guests in the hostel. Everyone seemed a little stiff and distant from each other, although I don't suppose you can blame the hostel for that. The atmosphere was just a little isolating, I think.

Liked: The atmosphere was homely and the common rooms and kitchen very well fitted. The bar area was really good if you wanted a quiet night in.

Disliked: Location is a bit out if town, but the U-Bahn is on the doorstep so that makes up for it.

Liked: The café/bar downstairs creates a nice atmosphere. There was a band playing in the café, which made the evening very fun.

Disliked: No lift to get up a lot of stairs.

Liked: The cafe downstairs was really cheap and a great way to meet people. Breakfast was also cheap. The rooms were clean and the staff were really friendly

Disliked: The security in the rooms could be improved and the location wasn't amazing.
