 Its near venues Palladium and E-Werk, so its a perfect location to stay after a concert

Was a hotel at hostel prices, would reccommend staying here however it is quite far out of the city but close to both the U & S bahn stations. we walked into town along the river which took about 1 hour but a pleasant walk. The staff on reception were incredibly friendly and helpful =)

The room was excellent - big, clean, and bright. On hostelbookers it said that breakfast was not included but we had read many reviews that said the breakfast was included and was wonderful. However, we had to pay 5 euros each - which was somewhat worth it because there was variety and you could eat as much as you want.

Value for money, but not in great location for Cologne itself, and not many facilities. Old style 2 star hotel. Nice breakfast. Rather smoky. Not many restaurants close for eating.

Friendly staff, on street hotel parking, decent room, internet in lobby, and a nice comprehensive breakfast. The location was a long way from the usual tourist sites (on the other side of the Rhine), although the public transport connections were great and it didn't take too long to get to the Central Station

double room was really a double room (full double bed, not two singles plonked together), ensuite was complete. room was spacious. Location was very good and close to free parking as we were travelling by car. It was also close to many amenities, in between a grocery store and a pizza place.
Only problem is the very bad ventilation. Smoking is allowed in most parts of the hostel and the cigarrette smoke was unbearable in the common room

They allowed me to bring my dog, which helped a lot. No one gave me weird glances for having a dog in the hotel.
