We’re located in the centre of Bremen’s liveliest student quarter and only a stone’s throw from the city centre. Next to numerous bars and cafés you’ll find many supermarkets and shopping possibilities in the immediate neighbourhood. And with Bremen’s public transport system it will take you a maximum of 30 minutes to get to all the hot spots, museums and event venues.

An environmentally friendly use of resources is important to us. Next to serving fair trade coffee and obliging to basics such as waste separation, we also use only nuclear free energy from the power station in Schönau. Our restrooms are operated with rainwater.

Accommodation Information

We’ve got 14 rooms: 9 dorms (2-9 beds), 2 doubles, 2 singles and one apartment with bathroom and kitchen. Some rooms have their own bath.
Each hallway has showers and WC’s. Townside is a non-smoking place with three balconies for the smoking lot. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Six of the dorms have a second floor, so you almost don't realize sharing the room with 4 - 9 person.

In our lounge and on our balconies (one has a roof) you can relax and come together with other guests. Behind the house you look in beautiful old trees and gardens. From the highest balconies you can see till Bremen's Cathedral.

In our kitchen you prepare yourself breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything you like to eat. We offer free coffee and tea in the morning.
