Liked: Great location, rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast is great and the bathrooms were always spotless. Cheap food and drink specials in the bar, can't get much better than this for the price.

Liked: Located right next to U-Bahn station which is great if you have a heavy suitcase! Included breakfast was good & makes for good value-for-money. My first night saw me (female) in a room with 5 loud, snoring males, but the hostel was very full & were great at placing me in a different room on the 2nd night. Staff very helpful. Definitely recommended.

Liked: Felt safe with leaving propety inside the hostel rooms, even though I was sharing with 6 people I had never met before.The location was immaculate, only 10 minutes from the centre of Berlin and for the prices you really cannot complain one bit.Friendly staff who speak a number of different languages, made the stay really interesting and were more than willing to answer any questions about Berlin no matter how many we asked!

Liked: The biggest bonus is that the staff here are legendary. Helpful, funny and friendly. The u-bahn outside the front door is really handy and there´s lots of good but more than anything; the staff are heroes. Couldn´t ask for more. Hats off.

Liked: Staff - very helpfulWell locatedSafetyClean - although I was on a private room and they never cleaned my room during the days I stayed there. And the private room doesn't have it's own bathroom. When I stayed in St. Christophs Paris they gave me towels and cleaned the room :S .... something I didn't get at the one in Berlin. But overall it's a good place to stay at.

Liked: Really fun place to stay. The bar is cool and the food is awesome! It really has everything you look for in a hostel. I'd go back there right away!

Liked: The location is probably the best in town! The U-bahn station is just right in front of the front door of the hostel! That helps when you are carrying around heavy luggage. There may not be a guest kitchen but you get a nice breakfast included and the bar menu prices are reasonable. That helps stretch the backpacker budget further.If you have a room on the first level just above the main floor, you might hear the loud music from the bar at night. But if you're 2 floors or more higher than the main level, then it shouldn't be a problem. There are plenty of shower and toilet facilities in the hallway and they are not all the same. Some of the showers stop giving water in like 15 seconds & u have to keep pushing all the time to get more. It's pretty annoying!There are no recycling facilities at the hostel which isn't good since so many others in Berlin are environmentally conscious.
