Liked: Beautifully located for travelers wanting to shop and get to the centre of town and see the larger cultural highlights the city has to offer.Everyone who worked there that we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Great location right next to the U-Bahn. The bar is great. However, the apartment does not have good kitchen facilities, no microwave, no kettle, no toaster.

Liked: Had a few problems there (getting room keys sorted, internet), but overall a good place for the value. Internet cafe just around the corner when its not working in the hostel!

Liked: We had a private room -- which was a huge surprise. A renovated condo with a common area and a kitchen, as well as a balcony. The location is awesome. Directly across from the metro stop so getting to and from the city was really really easy and convenient. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and really delicious. Not having wi-fi in the apartment was annoying, but not as annoying as the fact that there are a maximum number of wi-fi users allowed at any time in the bar. Beware the internet situation can be very frustrating. Otherwise, we had a great time at this hostel. Our first experience at a chain hostel and very enjoyable.

Liked: We were upgraded to the Apartments as no private twin rooms left. Really roomy self contained apartments. Breakfast at the hostel was great (egg, cereal, toast, fruit salad, cheese, juice/coffee, rolls) better than your standard hostel breakfast. Right near metro a few stops (15min) from the centre.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms/showers were filthy! The halls were very noisy at night!

Liked: firstly, the location- great in half an hour (walking) i got to the brandenburg gate, also close to the bars and the shopping mall. i reaaally appreciated that we arrived at 6 am and they let us into our rooms, cos some hostels respect the 2 pm rule. inside, the rooms are quite nice, and really clean! the bathrooms were clean and also i really liked that they had like a room for a shower, so we had privacy. free wi-fi was a plus, the breakfast was quite consistent-eggs,jam,butter,cheese,salami,juice,coffee,tea,cereals,milk...hm, the staff speaks good english and they were really helpful with info about berlin and nice. i liked everything actually...

Liked: Very clean apartment, with lots of light. Nice room and bathroom. Excellent location (don´t miss The White Trash restaurant and the Bassy Club, very near). Good breakfast (included): juice, coffee, milk, cheese, salami, boiled eggs, toasts, butter, mermelade...
