Liked: This place is cool! Nice staff, big building, nice pub and excellent breakfast. I would stay there again, no doubt.

Disliked: The beds and bedding as well as the curtains in the rooms need attention. I would prefer not to share dorms with men. I would suggest that you have male and female dorms instead.

Liked: Best hostel i went to all trip. The bar downstairs does brilliant, good value food, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast is free and so much choice - a real bonus to such a good value hostel. Very clean. Highly recommend!

Liked: proximity to metro,museum.east part of Berlin.Good bar and kitchen,free wi-fi,convenient appart.

Disliked: Stairways need to be wash, but the appart was clean.

Liked: our friends just stayed 1 night in berlin, but they were also allowed to take a shower (for free).

Liked: Very young people in the staff, and the location is new.

Disliked: The first day I had a different room (twin room) and not the double room I booked online. so the second day we change to have a double. Probably in the change (check out at 11 am and check in at 2pm) there was some mistakes in the pc about the money I have already paid. Luckily the mistakes then had been correct by a young girl of the staff.

Liked: The rooms were really nice and clean, comfy beds etc

Disliked: When checking in we were told that breakfast was served from 8am but that if we were checking out at 7.30am we would be fine to get some food. The next morning the staff were really rude about it even though it was only a few minutes before the usual breakfast time, felt like we were a real inconvenience for them (for the price we paid for the hostel which includes breakfast, we hoped for a little better treatment).

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the location was the best. Disbite the bar, the rooms was very quiet. I will recommended this hostel to others as well. There was nice and lively atmosphere.

Disliked: The staff were very disrespectful and rude. We were ignored at reception. Had eyes rolled at us, smirks and general bad attitude. At first we though we might have done something to offend the staff then we saw they were treating many other patrons like this also. Also my hair curler got stolen and when I asked reception about it the guy just shrugged his shoulders. I have lived and worked in hostels before so I have a general idea about being staff in a large hostel but I was shocked and extreemly offended by there lack of professionalism and friendliness you come to expect in hostel environment. Extreemly dissapointed.

Liked: Great location. Breakfast was so-so but did the job. Staff always friendly, approachable and knowledgable.

Disliked: The crowd can be a little rowdy at times.
