Liked: Very easy to get to using the tram, and the staff were very sweet and helpful. They also wash your dishes for you!

Disliked: It would be nice to have some kind of hot-plate or stovetop in the kitchen to boil and fry things with.

Liked: Clean, relatively central (15 min tram to Alexanderplatz) and safe. Very helpful and friendly staff! Linen included and no fuss about a bit late checkout. Best hostel i ever stayed in!

Disliked: No running water in kitchen.

Liked: The staffs are very helpful, though the location is not in the center, but it's in a safe and quiet district, which is 15 minutes away from Mitte, the tram stop is close and a good option to transport. Basically all the aquipments are complete, and it's clean.

Disliked: Ya Wen left no negative feedback.

Liked: Helpful and friendly staff, clean, M4 tram direction to all the sightseeing, location in the eastern berlin that has a unique character but stil a short step from city centre, 24 h supermarket very near, kitchen, communal free computer-internet

Disliked: the reception closes more often that i thought but its open when expecting a traveller or a check out

Liked: Very clean, quite new and the staff on duty were extremely welcoming and helpful! Showers were clean and there was free wifi that was also accessible in the bedrooms.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: The staff is amazing, super helpfull & friendly, thanks to them I even got my lost purse back :-D Very nice hostel over all as well, warm & cosey, very clean & well maintained, large rooms and comunal areas, plenty of sanitary facilities... The kitchen may not be a real kitchen, but there's plenty of clean cuttlery and crockery, a microwave, kettle and toaster and free coffee and tea etc, which is more then most hostels with big kitchens have! And they even wash your dishes for you!

Disliked: It's a bit out of the centre... There're good connections to the centre though, 24/7 you can take the tram just around the corner, or you could rent bikes (Alexander Platz is +- 15 min by bike, and it's a pleasant ride!)

Liked: Friendly. Very new, good potential.

Disliked: The "kitchen" is a mess. No running water and quite dirty. Hard to get in contact with (took me a while to find a proper email adress)

Liked: Nice room, satisfactory commuting to major attractions, a diverse area for budget travelers, free WiFi.

Disliked: Public areas (lobby, halls on every storey, kitchens, showers) are way too well heard from rooms, which makes it hard to have a rest when everyone else is hanging around. One men's restroom and two showers on a storey is too little, sometimes one has to wait long.

Liked: The staff were really cool Sarah was really nice and showed us a good time. Its a cool hostel with good facilities, and its really laid back.

Disliked: Its a bit out the way but there wasn't many hostels in the centre of Berlin anyway. Could maybe do with another computer....

Liked: The rooms are very big and clean. The only bad thing is the location.....but public transportation is very efficient.
