Liked: excellent location, easy to reach from Schonefeld airport, lots of nightlife and places to eat nearby. the metro is just next door.

Disliked: it was not the right place to meet other travellers, it lacked friendliness.

Disliked: Our neighbours where loud at night, BUT we told the staff next morning and they fixed it. Wifi wasn't working as it should

Liked: The hostel is really nice and clean. It has a perfect location from the underground station (after whole day of walking you really appreciate that the stop is just 5 meters from the hostel). What's more, is that breakfast is really good and well served.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that finally they charge you extra for the linen, even though it was written in the flyer and on their web page that everything is included in the price..

Liked: Good buffet breakfast and very nice large comfortable and clean communal area.

Disliked: Shared bathrooms were not so clean.

Liked: It was a clean, neat hostel. Upon arrival we could check-in immediatly. The parking was good, cheap and safe.

Disliked: There was a terrible noise in the hostel. Our room was situated near the bar and entrance. This meant people loudly talking, running up and down the hall and slamming with doors. It is a shame that staff doesn't act up to it. Even worse, they slammed the door of the storage room (next to our door) several times, till 4 a.m. in the morning.

Liked: The free buffet breakfast is great value for your money, since most other hostels would charge 4 or 5 euros for it. Good hot shower and beautiful bar. Staff is very helpful about finding your way around.

Disliked: The bed has a strong creaking sound even with the slightest movement and I was only sleeping on the lower bunk with no one on the upper bunk! It would have been good if they also provide key & padlock for the locker in the room.

Disliked: The girl at the desk didn't know the Berghain was open on that sunday night. We missed it. Sad.

Liked: Big hostel that offers very good value for money. The U-Bahn station right outside the door and S-Bahn station 10-15 minutes away make it very easy to get into the city centre easily. Big common room and bar, which give an obvious place to start a night.

Disliked: Perhaps because of its size, it didn't feel the most sociable. Although the people that I did speak to were all really friendly.

Liked: Clean, relatively good location in Kreuzberg

Disliked: Car gets very dirty in Hostel parking space. 2000€ fine if the fire alarm goes on in your room.

Liked: Friendly staff; Good breakfast; Originally, a twin-bed room was reserved, but as they saw that we were there as a couple, they rebooked us to a double bed room without question, very thoughtful

Disliked: There was no hot water, only warm(ish) ~24°C

Disliked: NO KITCHEN which is madness, It is a standard thing that HOSTEL should have a kitchen, that means that you have to buy food either from the hostel or somewhere else, seems like to trying to get more money off you which defeats the friendly hostel arpproach,

Liked: I was totally surprised,it was really good location and wonderful breakfast

Liked: We enjoyed the bar lounge, the bike rental, the subway access and the breakfast.

Disliked: There was only a small towel for each person (which wasn't changed during our stay) and the water was normally tepid or cold. Moreover, there was much noise at night (because of the other guests) and the morning light entered the room (the curtains were made from thin material).

Disliked: Many things were only partially functioning, such as the broken plugs in the room. There were moldy peaches left in our room too.
