Liked: Easily one of the very best low cost facility that I have stayed in. Very nice and large rooms, showers & beds. Great reception area, free Wi Fi in the lobby. Great location, not too far from the Haut Bahnhoff. Great staff.

Disliked: I liked everything.

Liked: It is in a safe and convenient location. The facilities are top notch and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is excellent value for money and the staff are very helpful.

Liked: Cheapest twin room ever - total value for money. Also you pay for the breakfast, but it is very good and worth it.

Disliked: Not available for all the nights we wanted- but our fault for not booking sooner!

Liked: Roof top bar, happy hour, clean and easy. Location only 5 mins from the train station. Good breakfast. Price, great shower, large foyer.

Disliked: Staff seemed abit young and some were lacking in customer service experience. Hundreds of kids running about as popular place for school trips.

Disliked: Expensive dryer took our money twice and staff could do nothing about it

Liked: welcome drink, not too far from main station

Disliked: the noise from other guests/ knocking and running even at 3 am. expensive internet. first room unclean, had to be moved.

Liked: Excellent position and very nice personnel; the classical party ambient of hostels, where you can find the quiet of a hotel in a personal room... what else!

Disliked: double-bed composed by two single mattress, so they slide a little bit creating the "canion"... but nothing serious!

Liked: It was very clean and tidy, the bar also having happy hour and having a view over Berlin, about 7min walk from train station.

Disliked: No free wi-fi or internet.

Liked: About 5 min walk from main station (but in residential area), very clean and user friendly

Disliked: Lots of noise from other guests entering at night, its a huge and busy hostel

Liked: Good location to hauptbahnof and Reichstag, Brandenburg gate etc. Facilities first class very clean rooms with a good shower. Breakfast was very good value for 4 euros and all you can eat.

Disliked: It was quite windy when I stayed and the wind seemed to whistle through the building and could even hear it coming out of the power pints!

Liked: Check-in and out are very simple. Staff was smily and very helpful.Neighbourhood is silent, peaceful and elegant. As we arrived tothe B. Hauptbahnhof, we easily reached the hotel.

Liked: Friendly staff couldnt do enough for you and usually smiling.Very clean.Bereakfast was excellent value for 4 Euros.Great location for me as all tourist locations within easy walking distance and close to Sbahn and Ubahn stations.Full of German teenagers who were friendly having a good time but respectfull to others.

Disliked: Nothing really had a great time.

Liked: Very clean with a new bathroom. Had a tv in the double room which was great. Mattress was ok. Fairly good location. Disappointing that you have to pay for the wi fi as most hostels offer this service for free these days. Otherwise a good place and would recommend to others.
