Customer reviewThe rooms were simple, but very clean. The staff was nice and helpfull. The breakfast was rather expensive though. The neighbourhood was quiet at night, but crowded with beggars and homeless people during the afternoon. |

Customer reviewClean and pretty good location. Staff weren't very friendly and were more interested in serving at the bar rather than checking people in or out. No lockers that are easy to lock in the rooms so take your valuables. |

Customer reviewThe staff were fantastic, they were super helpful and were able to answer all my questions about getting around Berlin, other such information! The value for money was Great, considering there were free sheets, free internet (provided you had your own laptop), helpful and friendly staff, and a good clean facility. I would definitely go back to this hotel. I primarily chose it due to its relative location to the airport, and I am really glad I did, as it only took about 15 minutes to get to the Airport by bus. The staff are very personable, and I would definitely recommend this Hostel to other travelers. Thanks!!! |

Customer reviewIf you are able to pretend that you don't know either English or German you may get a great deal!! Also, lockers in the dorms do not lock. As with other German hostels, this one does accommodate noisy school children, although it did seem like they tried to separate us from them by floor and/or wings. Otherwise this was a decent hostel. |

Customer reviewthe only thing I am not happy with the hostel is the noisy music was played till 1:30 am. and there were some persons talk aloud in the corridor. I think the hostel should keep quiet after 11 pm. |
