It was very clean, and secure. It was really good that we had our own ensuite facilities, and it is quite close to the zoologischer gardens which was good meeting place for day tours etc

They had many brochures for things to do, and they new how and when the things were going to happen. They showed us how to use the rail system and gave us helpful maps.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, pleasant location, quiet street.
I also noted some complaints on Hostelbookers website about a charge for bedding. We visited mid-September 2007 and all bedding was provided for no extra charge.

The hostel is really great. It's like a hotel, you can chill and hang out, but also watch tv, go on the internet and play tablesoccer. The people serving you are really nice and friendly and the hostel is open 24/7.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, although there was only one toilet to share for a lot of people. And it wasn't cleaned regularly. And the kitchen had no utensils.
