Liked: Nice atmposphere, you feel like in a house. It's easy to meet people and make friends. Staff is friendly. Excellent value for money.

Liked: Hostel Aloha was in a great location, right around the corner from the metro and not too far to walk from Alexanderplatz. The staff were all super friendly and always willing to help and offer advice on the city. The rooms were pretty big and it had great shared facilities. Couldnt recommend it highly enough!!

Disliked: Bridget left no negative feedback.

Liked: Aloha is clean, safe and secure. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always have suggestions of things to do and where to go. Great atmosphere and great location in east berlin. Great value for money and would recommended to everyone and anyone for a fun stay in berlin! and another plus is that breakfast is served until midday!!

Liked: really cool designs, nice kitchen and the dvd/ tv room was awesome with hundreds of dvds to choose from. met some great people and the atmosphere is really chilled. the computesr were pretty slow but all in all it was a great stay.

Liked: It's a really good place to stay. Just next to the subway station and near to Alexander Platz. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: I just think it could be more plugs in the rooms (in my room was just one next to someone's else bed, so i couldn't use it) and it would be good to have at least one plug on the bathroom.

Liked: Staff is very helpful, everybody is super-friendly but very professional as well, atmosphere is relaxed and easy-going, location is central (didn't even need a travel car, because we could walk everywhere), rooms are beautiful and colourful!

Disliked: nothing! the entrance may be misleading, but colours and music come as soon as you reach 3rd floor.

Liked: Hostel Aloha is the best one that I ever stayed. Staff are really friendly, the atmosphere are really nice and great location. They have kitchen, computers and great breakfast! If I will come back to Berlin one day, I would stay in Hostel Aloha again.

Liked: Wicked as hostel to stay in!! Well located in the city, close to Alexanderplatz and the U-Bahn station is right around the corner. The staff are great, really friendly and helpful, it really feels like a home away from home. The common areas are nice and big and good way to meet other people, they have a nice kitchen and breakfast goes til 12 which comes in handy. A well-run place, I would highly recommend Aloha to anyone visiting Berlin.

Liked: A nice place to stay, good location, close to Alexander platz. Its somehow an old house, everything you need can be reached. Friendly staff! Free public computers to use, breakfast, free Wifi, guest kitchen, common room to relax. Highly recommended!

Liked: I liked the location as it was 1 U-Bahn stop away from Alexanderplatz and the staff were nice. Bathroom spacious and clean.

Disliked: I thought the rooms were very basic; the bedding was very poor; duvet very thin and the pillows were terrible; they seemed ancient.There was nothing in the room except beds and a small bucket. There wasn't even hooks to hang coats and the lighting was very dim.

Liked: I was very happy with my stay, The hostel is located very close to Alexander platz which makes its very easy to move about Berlin, Aloha is within walking distance of some nice restaurants and bars, The staff made my stay very enjoyable , The hostel is also very clean , Overall if you are planning to stay in Berlin i would recommend Hostel ALoha.

Disliked: That i couldn't stay longer :-)

Liked: The fantastic welcoming atmosphere, it was very social and easy to meet lots of new friendly people. Free tea, coffee and biscuits are always a plus and the cooking facilities were good. It had everything I needed and made my stay in Berlin so much more enjoyable!

Disliked: Absolutely nothing!

Liked: It is a very friendly place, with a community atmosphere, and down to earth also. Relaxed, informal but surprisingly well organised behind the scenes. I would happily stay here for a month or more. There is a nice big kitchen, a couple of big communal living areas, a cinema room, a lot of computers you can use anytime. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and chill out with everyone else. This is the kind of place that makes you want to be part of it!

Liked: This place is really cool. It's on a really funky street that's filled with great clubs and bars and restaurants as well as nice unusual stores. The way that the place is decorated is also really cool. The staff is really helpful and friendly, the common area is awesome and it's so easy to meet people. I really can't say enough good things about this place!

Liked: it was a friendly atmosphere, most of the other guests were awesome and the staff were great. the location was excellent and they had a kitchen which is helpful and breakfast was good.

Disliked: there was a large group travelling together which made it seem a bit like i was interupting thier stay, but that is not the hostels fault

Liked: convenient location. nice part of the city to go to cafes and restaurants.

Disliked: Stange entry hallway, rather unsettling the first time entering, but the hostel itself is nice.

Liked: Just as promised, Aloha was right near the Metro station and although there were a couple flights of stairs, one of the staff quickly ran down to help carry our bags. The hostel felt safe (we never locked up our stuff and it was totally fine), it was in a wicked location, and EVERYONE was incredibly friendly. Because of the minimum 3 nights rule, you are able to develop friendships with people around you and often end up partying with people from the hostel (even the staff) or watching movies and hanging out in the common room (they really do have an amazing selection of DVDs though....'I Love You, Man' and 'Super Troopers...enough said) Also, it is rare to find a hostel that has free breakfast AND coffee and delicious snacks available whenever AND a kitchen that is available 24 hours of the day. I've traveled a lot and stayed at tons of different hostels across the world, but Aloha is definitely in my top 3 favorites.

Disliked: There really is nothing to dislike.
