Liked: FANTASTIC VALUE for the money. The landlord and his girl friend are great...very helpful and understanding.The location cannot be better, with proximity to eateries, attractions and the night life. The hostel is small, and there is a nice family feel to it!-Ram

Liked: Location was good, close to the U-bahn station, so good links to the sights.freindly staff and small size mean its easy to meet people

Liked: The most excellent hostel I have been to. I compare all future hostels to Aloha hostel and none of them have matched it. It is just so comfortable and friendly with great facilities and owners. If you have a choice go here.

Liked: It was in a good location for the airport. The hostel was mostly clean, though the bathrooms were not amazing, but not bad at all. In general it was a really great hostel experience.

Liked: I had an awesome time at this hostel!! I loved Berlin and i have no doubt it had a lot to do with this hostel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere and very easy to meet other single travelers. Would love to go back

Liked: Hostel Aloha was by far one of the best hostels I've been too. Really relaxed and friendly environment. I got to meet numerous wicked travelers from all over the world and had an overall fantastic time. The location is perfect - right in the center of Berlin with bars, trendy stores and interesting characters lining the street where the hostel is located. Free breakfast, free clean linen, clean sleeping area & a great shower a backpacker couldn't ask for anything more.I would come back in a heart beat! If you are thinking of staying in Berlin and you are on a budget there is only one place to go - HOSTEL ALOHA.

Liked: Not your normal hostel but it felt very 'Berlin.' On entering the place it looks like someone has just moved in - there are still a few things they need to complete but it has a really chilled out vibe to it which is nice. Quite a small place but still easy enough to meet people if you're travelling on your own. No lockers in room though.

Liked: Lovely and small hostel run by two extremely laidback guys. Dorm rooms are very spacious and beds are comfy. Only 2 bathrooms between 3 dorm rooms so you may have to wait ocassionally. Kitchen is well equipped, 3 laptops for internet available. Good location right near metro.

Liked: The guys who run this place are awesome. Feels more like a sharehouse than a hostel. We were made to feel right at home, and the staff when out of their way to help us. A note for Australian though: If you're from The Shire or the western suburbs of your respective state, please go and stay at St Christopher's around the corner and leave this place for the non-bogans.

Liked: They have a perfect kitchen and a fridge. The free internet was really useful.Enough space in the dormitory room.Nice staff.Only 2 bathrooms for all but it is a Great hostel for this price!sometimes it was noisy at night because 3 people was snoring at the same time..

Liked: Best youth hostel ever! Great atmosphere. Breakfast was immense. Really good value for money. Has everything you need, smoking balcony, free internet, wireless for your laptop, free biscuits (which are lush). Great location! xxxxxxxxx

Liked: Vey cheap. Though not sure how safe it is - no lockers and appears to be a converted apartment - doubt the electrics or fire exits are up to scratch.
