Customer reviewStaff are helpful. Good location. cheap turkish food nearby. East side gallery within walking distance. But the 50% of the lockers do not work. Wireless is not working on every floor. The handle of the chairs was broken. A bath and toilet are out of order. Overall is ok. |

Dante RodriguezNice place to stay, near the metro. Good bar places around. Only thing, rooms are in 2nd, 3rd and 4 th floor and there is no elevator, so when you get to your room after doing tourism, you are a little bit lazzy for climbing up!. Small kitchen. One computer for internet, wait too much. Good bathrooms. Nice staff, but you have to ask them all, they will not offer anything proactively instead, always ask. |

Customer reviewLoved the location, vibe, vintage feel of the place, bike hire, staff were helpful - but this was in response to us not getting the room we had booked (i confirmed that we would have a double room ensuite and we got a twin with a bathroom down the hall!) - they upgraded us so all was brilliant in the end |

Michael EASTThis place is a very reasonable place to stay cost wise not in the center of the city but reasonably distance via train only one change of train from underground line to main line The showers used by the Dorms are not very sensibly designed as there is no room to hang anything anywhere while having a shower, except outside the shower recess it wouldn't take much to fix this problem by maybe putting a shelf above the showers The dorms are reasonably large and clean beds are comfortable but distance between top and bottom bunk makes it to easy to bump your head while in the bottom bunk But otherwise I would rate it 7.5 out of 10 |

Customer reviewGreat area, only two showers for the whole floor, gross!! Kitchen closes at 10, not very convenient if you have been out all day, LOTS of stairs, no lift, free wifi is awesome, but difficult to get a signal if there are others on their computers, really really cold, not sure if there is heat? For 10 euro a night you get what you pay for, decent, but dont expect it to be clean or nice. |

Customer reviewI liked that there was alot of interesting young people in my age that you could get to know. The staff had a really cool attitude that made the place laidback |

Customer reviewThe fridge was disgusting. The kitchen was too small for the amount of people they had staying there. The showers were awkward. There weren't enough pots, pans etc in the kitchen |

Customer reviewThe saff wasn't really friendly and helpful by the time I checked in. I had to ask for almost everything and felt like the staff was somewhat reluctant to answer my questions then. Besides, there's no elevator in the hostel so u better not bring up too much baggage with u. |

Customer reviewThis place is so good for meeting people! Great hostel. Great cheap restaurants near by as well as second-hand stores. Only annoying things were walking up 10 flights of stairs to get to your room- the lift is broken- and the wifi kept crashing. Especially annoying to have to go down to the living area to connect to the net as the wifi on the 3rd never works. Nonetheless, an awesome place to stay. |

Customer reviewnice place, doing a good job at renovating the place, bathrooms were always clean and tidy, rooms were decent size for 10 bed room. kitchen was a bit of a let down, stove didnt get hot enough to cook pasta and barely any utensils - no oven mits or tea towels to get stuff out of the oven- and there was absolutely no room in the small fridge. we were on the 4th floor and was annoying climbing up an down the stairss. but overall it was a great place to stay and i would definately stay there again. |

Customer reviewNice location, in the coolest area of berlin. 24 hour reception with friendly stuff who helped me plan my way back to the airport in the midle of the night while the subway was closed down due to the dissatisfaction of the workers. Not a fun place, but if you wanna party you have a whole city with 1000s of clubs and pubs, and the best Döner in the world. |
