Customer reviewVery friendly staff, free wireless internet in the bedrooms, the common toilets were always clean and the location is really good. there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. A very nice place to stay!!! |

Piotr NowakWonderfull staff! VERY nice, always smiling and willing to help. Believe it or not, but I actually got a BETTER room than I booked (I should get 2 seperate beds and no shower in room, but they gave me one big bed and shower inside). I came across few different people on the reception and all of them were VERY polite and heluful. Don't get the price fool you; this hostel is very well organised. It can do everything for you: free internet wifi, towels, shampoo, soap, over 20 tv channels (most in german, 1 or 2 in english / french (you can choose language as it is digital dvb-t)). It is located 15 meters from one of the main Berlin shopping streets, wonderful :) GREAT value for money. Now the bad: 1) no sink in 2nd WC on 4ch floor (in the 3rd there was one, we didn't check others) 2) Check in starts very late: at 14:00, you can leave your luggage in the reception, but still. |

Customer reviewVery simple, but also very practical thanks to its location. Even though the hotel was situated really close to the Gedächtnischtkirche (spellig?) and the city centre we had no problem sleeping. I give the cleanliness (especially the shared bathroom felt really fresh) and the friendly staff a big plus. |
