Staff were very helpful however the place lacked the atmosphere of other hostels. This may be due to the fact the rooftop bar was shut for the winter and there always seems to be school trips staying there.	90%

10 October 2009	Patricia Sinclair-Jones Clean, secure, new and had laundry facilities. What i did not like was the fact that the hostel had accepted a group booking of a huge, huge, huge number of teenagers. The hostel could not cope with a group this size and it really detracted from my stay. With such a huge group it was impossible to get a lift at any time. we had to use the stairs all the time which was very frustrating. i strongly recommend to managemnt that they do not take this sort of booking in future as it is very inconsiderate of other guests.	85%

10 October 2009	Customer review This is a new nice and shiny place. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm which was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Shame it is full of teenagers on school trips. It would`t hurt to have staff with more experience tho...	85%
