Liked: Compared with other hostels I stayed in, this was the best! everything was clean and teh breakfast was superb!! The staff was polite and answered all my questions.

Disliked: The keyrings have two numbers. One is for the room and the other for bed and lockers. However, at the reception, I was told that I could choose any bed. I did so, but a man who arrived after me and took out all my things out from the bed I had chosen and put in another. Being a bit rude, he said it was HIS bed as he had the number in the keyring.The staff should tell the same thing to all the guests, as there may be some uncomfortable situations.

Liked: Looks quite old but is nice inside

Liked: Good secure place to stay, very clean and a good location towards the train station and to to see the sights.

Disliked: Seemed to be full of school kids very noisy late at night and woken up early. The hostel looked to be advertising towards schools rather than backpackers.

Liked: It was a bed for the night that did the job.

Disliked: Full of school kids and people that weren't really bothered about 'mingling'. I met one person in my room and that was it. The staff were a bit cold in my opinion and I've stayed with friendlier staff. This hostel seems great for people that are on school trips and not great for sociable travellers. I dont know, it might have been wrong place wrong time but my whole stay just felt weird and I'm sorry but i wouldn't reccommend this place to fellow travellers.

Liked: the quiet and calm place,located in a very good area for visitors,staff always happy to help,very good breakfast,clean and tidy room.

Disliked: internet access too expensive,extra cost for everything,they have to highlight clearly that a membership fee is to be paid at desk,could provide other facilities such as bike rent,

Liked: After I visited another youth hostel in another country, I visited this hostel. I was really moved!! It was wonderful. Because room was clean and huge. People are nice. especially, in my room, everyone was very politely. I felt release and comfortable. breakfast was also nice. I think you should get the money of breakfast...! it´s not good for guests though...! But inter net was really expensive. Please let us use it for free, or in cheaper prise...!

Liked: The staff seemed endlessly patient because they must get questions all day...they always found time not only to give you an answer but to chat .

Disliked: maybe there could be less schoolchildren when you go to breakfast ! Obviously they make good money from school trips etc. BUT maybe it could be school kids OUT of the cafeteria by8AM or something...so some mornings you wouldnt have to look at a hindred crazy teenagers... Sometimes you want to have a peaceful start to the day and they seem to be all over the hostel.

Disliked: internet was expensive, and everything cost money, including coffee, hot water etc, but the price was very cheap.

Liked: The expansive foyer and the ease with which to find all information. Its location was excellent for visiting the city on both foot and by public transport.

Liked: The hostel is good and well locate. The breackfast was also very good.

Disliked: In my first night there, a group of children made a lot of noise in the corridors, until at least half past midnight. And no one stoped them.

Liked: Personal locker in each room.

Disliked: Male and female guests are placed in the same room. I not only disliked that but also hated that.

Liked: It's a really quiet and big space, where you can return after a long walking day, take a breath, read, eat, make plans for the next day, and rest. The breakfast has variety and is really good.

Disliked: There is a deposit of 10 euro for the key. No one informed me about that.

Liked: The emplacement. This hostel is very near from all the intersting things in Berlin.

Disliked: The wellcome was a little hard because I did not find the hostel's card in my bag. The man at the reception did not believe that I had bought it ! He thought I was telling stories... After a while I found the card and he was very surprised. I did not like this. I did not like also that elderly persons pay more that young people. It seems to me discrimintation..

Liked: The hostel was great, the best place to meet new people, you can always manage to find someone around to talk with and have fun. Great place I deifnitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone for location, cleanliness, fun.
