Liked: this was the best hostel i have ever stayed in. the staff were extremely helpful, it was very clean and felt like a hotel. nice quiet location too. excellent value for money i would stay here again

Liked: Staff members were generally helpful but Phillip deserves a special mention for being able to look after so many things at once including training new staff, or so it seemed, as they had to keep getting help with enquiries.Great idea to offer free tours on foot for hostellers, I didnt get time to make use of them but I applaud them for offering something so interesting for free.Its not as close to the central parts of Berlin as other hostels, but a great location to see a couple of interesting things: the Gemaldegallerie (art gallery with many prominant masters' works), the Culturforum (an arts centre), the Tokyo/Berlin art gallery (a collaborative exhibition between the two cities) and is a short walk to Tiergarten, picturesque parklands great for a stretch.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome, really nice staff. The hostel has laundry machines, pool tables, ping pong and foosball tables, and internet access, but you do need to pay to use any of these services. Overall, a very pleasent stay. (**do the free berlin tour, really really good and worth it)
