Liked: Clean

Disliked: Staff seemed very stressed, problems with key system

Liked: Breakfast was very good and location just a few metres from U-bahn. Reception available 24hr.

Disliked: Being charged extra for breakfast when it is advertised as free/included. Luggage room not locked. No lockers in shared dorm rooms, nice wardrobes but not lockable. Reluctance to take credit cards for amounts below 40 euros.

Liked: Opposite the hotel is located U-Bahn, not so far from the city center. Great breakfast. Quite and privacy.

Disliked: I was in the 4th floor without a lift (for me ok), but for somebody should be bad.........

Liked: *location*dask staff very plesant*maps & information available*flip chart and board pens available to use*24 hour reception*drinks available

Disliked: *stale smell in the girls 9 bed room *when fuse went - noone around to fix it *No lift (5 flights of stairs with 9 young girls and their suitcases was difficult) *we booked as a party of 16 but were spead out over the buildings. As a teacher monitoring all of the rooms this was also difficult - it would have been better to be together. the lights in the hall wells were on timer and wnet out when carrying suitcases to 5th floor. dangerous when in mid flight.

Liked: Within walking distance to central Berlin. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: Light outside room did not work. On fifth floor with no lift. Insisted on payment by VISA on arrival. Would not accept cash.

Liked: It's a quite place and the staff very nice.

Disliked: The breakfast boring and always playing the same arabic song in the background, time after time day after day never change the song.

Liked: Good size room which were very clean. Very quiet rooms and the beds were so comfortable. Excellent breakfast and lots of it. All the staff were polite and helpful and great location - opposite underground. Cannot fault it in any way and big 10/10
