Liked: Everything was OK, but it's a 'factory'- a really big hostel for a lot of people... so it's not that cosy. Each time we wanted to ask someone from the stuff abouth something, he or she was talking over the phoner about future reservations, so be prepared that there's a lot of people who need help and you're like a small ant there. Great loccation though!

Liked: Very big hostel, lots of room, the rooms themselves are very large, spacious and clean.location is amazing - literally a stone throw away from Alexanderplatz. Insider Tours has walking tours and pub crawls that start from the lobby of the hostel.The only downside is that when I was there their bar / common area were always empty, so it was very easy to meet other hostelers. Other than that, 5 out of 5.

Liked: The rooms were quite big and clean, and quiet too. There's just about everything you need, including internet and a place to keep your lugage when you arrive / leave. The bar / cafe downstairs is a cosy place which is lively in the evening. The breakfast is nice, but a little expensive. Other than that the situation is great (lots of sights and museums within a walking distance) and so is public transport (there is the S-Bahn/U-Bahn nearby which runs all night at the weekend). The area of Hackescher Markt itself is lively during the day and even more at night.

Liked: My 3 friends and i had a great time at citystay Mitte! The location is unbeatable and very easy to navigatte around, either on foot, train or tram. The downstairs common area was very modern and funky and they even allow you to drink your own booze which is very helpful if your on a budget and loaded up with duty free :-) The rooms were large and clean and we had our own bathroom, only downside were the rubbish pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful in advising us of the best clubs, tours and eating out options....overall i'd highly reccomend this hostel!!

Liked: Really modern fancy, Ikea feeling to it. Good food, friendly people, quit modern rooms. Only pitfalls were the crappy showers (a nozzle and hole in the ground and no curtain, which resulted everything getting wet, including your clothes. Other remark is it's size, it's big, and vivid, so noisy, don't forget earplugs if you want a good night rest (but if you forget them, don't worry, they sell them for 1 euro at the desk).

Liked: The hostel looked very modern, and cosy at the same time! Really, the place looked well-kept. The staff was very friendly and wanted to help you time after time! The rooms are big, and very clean. Besides the location is perfect. You can walk to everything, to Alaxander Platz, to historical Mitte, to Friedrichstrasse and to the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate and to the Holecoust momorial. It's the perfect place to stay in Berlin!

Liked: I had originally booked my stay at another hostel, than I met other travelers who HIGHLY recommended this hostel, so I changed my reservation to CityMitte. Location is great, atmosphere is great! It was one of the best hostels I stayed at. Breakfast was average and it costs about 4.50 Euros. Free WIFI and friendly staff... I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN and I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL TO ANYONE WHO IS VISITING BERLIN. its WALKING distance to MOST attractions. Take my word for it, im very picky, YOU WILL LOVE THIS HOSTEL.

Liked: Location near Alexander Prat, the staff was helpful, free maps in the reception desk(in the tourist information they sell a 1 EURO)
