Liked: Of all the hostels we stayed at, this was our favourite. It was in a great location, in the middle of Alexanderplatz and very close to S- and U-bahn lines. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were great - very light, spacious and modern. There were also lots of toilets and showers which were always clean. The facilities at the hostel were also great: there was a bar with great drink deal and we met lots of people there.

Disliked: Honestly nothing at all!

Liked: It is near to the market which consists of lots of restaurants and good food.

Disliked: It was noisy at the reception.

Liked: Very centrally located. Rooms recently renovated. The 4 bed dorm we stayed in was quite spacious. Buffet breakfast, although it costs extra, was quite good value-there was a good selection of food to fill you up

Disliked: The directions to get there from the S-bahn station were a little confusing as we did not have a map at that stage. Having to pay 2 euros for bed linen - i think that should be included in the price to stay there and should not cost extra

Liked: Nice rooms and hostel in general. Good location etc

Disliked: Push button showers are a pain as they don't stay on long enough - internet TOO SLOW considering you habe to pay for it. You need to get this sorted as it otherwise ruins an amazing hostel. Thanks, I will be back! :)

Liked: Very centrally located!

Liked: The bar was open 24 hours and they also served food relatively cheaply. They give you a key card which means the property is very secure and safe. There were lots of toilets, and small lockers in the rooms.

Disliked: The changing area in the showers were not very good as most of your clothes got wet.

Liked: good location and atmosphere. Easy to get to everything in the city and very clean good accommodation.

Disliked: staff could be a bit cranky but thats just them being German/Berliners

Liked: Very central, which was excellent. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast is served until 11.00 and the bar is open 23 hours a day so it was all nice and chilled-out and good value for money.

Disliked: The directions on how to get there on the website were poor and we spent probably an hour trying to find it. But once we'd found it, it was easy to find again. Also the doors slam really loudly so we were kept awake by slamming doors all night, which wasn't good.

Liked: Great hostel to stay in would definitely come back and stay here. Location is great right near the attractions and train station. Very safe and secure. Rooms and bathroom clean but bet of all it was cheap to stay.

Disliked: Free wifi only works in the main bar/reception area. But was okay since it was free!

Liked: The hostel is very centrally located with clean rooms and nice eating areas. It's also nice and quiet at night and you get lots of space to yourself.

Disliked: We booked a double room, and were given a twin room, when we asked at reception about this, the staff were not very helpful and told us that a twin room is the same thing as a double (despite the fact that the website clearly shows double and twin rooms). She didn't offer any further assistance except to tell us we should just push the beds together. We also disliked the fact that there was no kitchen, and the internet was slow and only available in the lobby.

Disliked: The reservation in hostelbookers included the sheets in the price, but really you must pay 2,50 euro when you check in

Liked: I liked the congenial atmosphere and the mix of people staying there. The staff were extremely helpful and good for advice on local nightlife.
