Liked: We had our own room in a flat with only a few other rooms and two bathrooms. The friendly and helpful staff even got up at 2am to check us in when our plane was delayed.

Disliked: A bit out of the centre of town, but close to train stations which get you there quickly.

Liked: The location is good. Quiet area but a lot of things just around the corner. The staff is friendly but a bit negligent. No toiletpaper, one bar to dry one towel in a two-person room.The room itself is fine, nothing special. The bed was a bit worn out but clean. Too bad the window could only be really closed or really open. The two bathrooms we could use both had their disadvantages. In one, the not so clean showercurtain would keep wrapping itself around you like clingfilm, in the other the drain did not work properly so you would end up standing in a deep puddle of water. I would really advice bringing a pair of flipflops. In general, not the best value for money.

Liked: Three spoken languages: German, English and Russian. It is pretty easy to find the place. What is less convenient is that the working hours of the office are only from 10 am till 10 pm. The place is pretty clean, but I'd advice people to bring their own towels.

Liked: nice location, quiet street in a busy neighborhood, lots of facilities bars, cafes, supermarket, bakers, late-night shop, internet shop, everything within walking distance. 5-10 minutes to trams/railway. not a loud, brash backpackers place. spacious and comfortable room. recommended.

Liked: The room and toilet are clean. The facilities are new. It is a quiet place. The location is good. You could find bakers, supermarkets, restaurant around there. And there is a shopping more around the train station. Internet is accessible in the front desk (There is sofa there), but not available in room. The owner is a Germany couple and they are very kind.

Liked: Super location in Friedrichshain. Cheap prices for a double room. Not far from our conference we had to go.
