Liked: rural location affording a terrific night's worth of sleep, close to the greenery of Berlin, with a bus stop nearby.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: We loved being at a Hostel in the middle of the woods where it is really quiet and the air is fresh, after a busy day in the city center taking in the sights and all that history. Staff at the Hostel are very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: We liked our walk through the woods in the dark when we got back late (using public transport), but it isn't everyone's cup of tea and taking a little torch is recommended.

Liked: The location, in the middle of a forest and very close to a lake, so relaxing.Have to say that the staff is soo friendly.

Disliked: Maybe the transport, 30 minutes to central berlin, but that is expected... The nearest market was 1,4 km from the hostel.

Liked: People there are so kind and helpfull. It's situated in a forest but still close to a bus station. It's really calm and they offer free internet. Big tv and wii available too (cool).

Disliked: The showers are not really private. There is only a glass window that separates you from the rest of the bathroom. Can be a little uncomfortable for some people.

Liked: everything. the owners were really friendly, great location in the woods and next to a lovely lake, all facilities clean and breakfast included.

Disliked: little far away from the center of Berlin, but that is expected

Liked: Wonderful place in a secluded forest. Great if you're just looking to relax after a day of touring the city.

Disliked: A fair distance from the city center but travel by metro to the center within 30-40 minutes. Might be a little far if you're looking to party into the wee hours of the night (I wasn't), so the place was great.

Liked: wonderfully clean in a very nice area with incredible staff. a thoroughly enjoyable stay. it is not extremely centric but berlin transportation is great so not a problem at all.

Disliked: showers could be a little more private and make sure to take a flashlight as coming back late at night is very dark since it is in the forest.

Liked: The owners are absoolutely fantastic, they are very joyfull and helpful. The woody ambient is also very welcome after all the time spent in the urban areas of Europe.

Disliked: Location. Its a bit far, but by no means inaccesible. Just a 10 minute bus ride from the nearest Metro station.

Disliked: The location. It takes a 10 min walk to the bus station and then aprox. 30 min to get to the main station in Berlin.

Liked: Lots of space to relax, friendly owners and much less impersonal then most hostels can be. Very clean and common area is great.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The place is nice and quite because is in the middle of a forest. The staff is really nice. The place is clean.

Disliked: It is far from the city center but after walk 10 min there is bus and metro to the center. There is not hot water for shower all the time because the solar energy do not heat the water as faster at it is needed.

Liked: The owners are very friendly, the surroundings are lovely and the place is very clean. Has all the facilities you'd expect and more. Nothing to complain about, really. I'll highly recommend Jetpak Hostel if you're looking for a nice relaxing stay.

Disliked: Nothing :)

Liked: The owners were incredibly helpful!!! Amazing people with a very clean facility and great location. Best for those who want a quiet escape from the city but still have access to it. Definitely my choice for when I return to Berlin!

Disliked: Bit quiet when I arrived, not many people there that weekend but not a fault of the property, just a quiet time of year.

Liked: You are 15 mins away from the centre of Berlin, but the scenery and location is like you are in a secret garden. There is a lake a short cycle away that you can swim in, and bus stops are only 5 mins away. Suzanne, the mother of the family that owns it is fantastic. Treats you like a family guest, not a paying one. She even invited us to her mothers day family BBQ. The husband (name escapes me) is a really cool guy too.

Disliked: Nothing, we had an awesome relaxing stay

Liked: The attendance was friendly in a more casual, easygoing manner. Surely nothing for people who prefer to be attended devotedly as if they were celebrities - for us it was enough, I even preferred it this way! And for the price that we paid per person for each night, we were offered a good breakfast and many leisure facilities (widescreen TV, several PCs with Internet access, Playstation) for free for which you have to pay money at other accommodations. All this in a very calm and green environment.

Disliked: The drain of one of the ladies toilettes was blocked and made the bowl nearly run over. Besides this, the bikes that were offered for hiring were quite old and simple, therefore the price of € 9.00/day seemed a bit high to me.

Liked: The family who runs the place is awesome and friendly, we spent new years with them, letting off fireworks, it was the best time. Free internet, awesome lounge with massive TV and dvds, cool location.

Liked: For a relaxing time, on the edge of a beautiful forest and in very plush area of Berlin, this place is perfect. Staff great and in spring and summer must be absolutely wonderful place and great for socialising. Not in the centre, but this is it's charm - and no-one staying there seemed to have a problem getting around, day or night.

Disliked: The ONLY thing - no use of the kitchen.
