Liked: For a relaxing time, on the edge of a beautiful forest and in very plush area of Berlin, this place is perfect. Staff great and in spring and summer must be absolutely wonderful place and great for socialising. Not in the centre, but this is it's charm - and no-one staying there seemed to have a problem getting around, day or night.

Disliked: The ONLY thing - no use of the kitchen.

Liked: In a lovely quiet forest setting, good size clean rooms and facilities and a very friendly and helpful owner. Ideal place to chill out whilst also being within easy access of the centre.

Disliked: Bit of a walk to the bus-stops into town, though these run frequently.

Liked: This hostel is quite a bit out of town, and was quiet for most of the time, actually I enjoyed it and if any of you reading this have been backpacking for a while and are looking for somewhere quiet where you can stop and recharge (and get a full night's sleep without much noise) you should definately stay here- but if you're looking for a night out, meeting people and loads of fun, maybe somewhere else would suit better.This hostel has three computers, so not much of a wait if you want to use them and the staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpfull.

Liked: GREAT place. would highly recommend it! in choosing this hostel, you should already note the location. it is nice to be away from the city, but if you mind the seclusion, then do not book it. the bus stop (ask about the shortcut) is only a 6 minute walk. very happy, friendly backpackers. the perfect place to meet people. comfy beds, too!

Disliked: no kitchen use (but can use refrigerator/freezer for free). locks on room doors would have been nice, but lockers in room maybe make up for that. glass door showers easily viewable if bathroom door not closed.

Liked: The owners were really nice and helpful, they had great facilities (Guitar hero and flat screen!), and the location is beautiful.
