Liked: It's in a cool area close to awesome markets and chilled out bars. The street it is on itself is quiet so sleeping isn't an issue. There's free internet (computers to use and wifi). The rooms, toilets, and kitchen are clean.

Disliked: The showers are quite public (just a curtain separating you from the main bathroom area) and the owner is a little annoying, but is well meaning and helpful.

Liked: You can find Hostels and HOSTELS. This is a HOSTEL! If you want a warm welcome, comfy beds and waking up making food in your own kitchen with a great atmosphere, this is the place!!! Lovely owners and for some reason only happy people around :). Only warning is that you might get stuck, it turns your second home :)

Liked: all is good.

Disliked: The toilet maybe just okay, because sometime there is no hot water. In my staying period, only the first day there is no hot water.

Liked: Very good friendly atmosphere, awesome kitchen and common room area for everyone to gather. Lovely cafe - good hot chocolate! Good internet access in cafe. Nice beds!! Clean sheets all included etc. Lidl and aldi nearby, good cafes and pubs around.

Disliked: A bit far out from centre Alexanderplatz area but reasonably close to metro.

Liked: Very nice staff, good cooking facilities in the huge kitchen. Good place to get to know other travellers.

Disliked: WiFi is only in the bar, not in the kitchen.

Liked: there is notting i like just i can said thanks god, room had a door

Disliked: it was totaly awfull. staff were so bad, when we said we have our own linen they still want a money for sheets also it wasn't secure. they are just trying to steal ur money. also when we arrive there they didnt clean the room and didn't change the sheets

Liked: Atmosphere was good

Disliked: In my bathroom, there wasn't hot water for shower. I asked the staff, and they made to fix it. Unfortunatelly, hot water was back, but the cold was gone. Also, when I checked in, they didn't gave the option of not use their bed linen.

Liked: Huge lockers to store all your things! And bunk beds which are high enough that you can sit up properly if you end up on the bottom bunk.

Disliked: There is no common room as typically found in a hostel. Yes, there is the cafe/restaurant owned by the same people (also the only place to get Internet), but it's not quite the same atmosphere, much more formal than a common room. During the 5 days I stayed there was no soap in the bathrooms. The tram line runs right outside the hostel and is relatively loud. It's not too disturbing but might not be the best idea for light sleepers.

Liked: Friendly staff (good with recommendations), great kitchen facilities, easy to access public transport, clean facilities, friendly guests - easy to interact with kitchen area.

Disliked: Nothing. My stay was very enjoyable (although brief).

Liked: great helpful friendly staff, good location, über cheap! - i paid €42 for a whole week, with an ensuite too. easy to make friends having a beer in the kitchen/common room. free wifi in the cafe/reception area. huge lockers in the rooms. 30 second walk to a cheap supermarker, 2 minute walk to LIDL. 5 mins walk to the U or S Bahn station, tram stops right outside the hostel too. great atmosphere. would DEFINATELY recommend this place!

Disliked: really not much after a weeks stay. would've loved a microwave in the kitchen, and perhaps internet throughout the hostel

Liked: The facilities were great, especially the kitchen! It made it very easy to save money on food. The owner Glen was a great guy and was very helpful. The beds were comftorble, the bathrooms were clean and the bar was fantastic.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: We liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than we thought and it was comfortable enough.

Disliked: We stayed in an ensuite room and it did not have curtains or something that will keep the water from the shower to the whole bathroom. The beds were a bit dusty.

Liked: The owners were very nice and helpful. The restaurant attached was great- with free use of computers and wifi. The rooms and bathroom were clean. It is near a really cheap supermarket.

Disliked: Not much to dislike. The showers were not too powerful if others were using them at the same time but nothing to complain about!

Liked: Nice area, easy access to both s and u bahns. Price was very reasonable.

Disliked: Wifi only in the reception/bar area.

Disliked: The location is not so goo, but you can take some trams near.

Liked: Really great hostel. Staff are extremely friendly and eager to assist you, place is clean, kitchen is well equipped the dorms are spacious and comfy and it is incredibly cheap.

Disliked: Not exactly close to the city centre, but the area around the hostel is nice and the public transport is good in Berlin.
