Customer reviewThe hostel was clean, the staff was multilinguial and friendly, and the atmosphere was really relaxed. I was disappointed that there were no lockers in the large dorm I stayed in. While they offered to put my possessions in a safe behind reception - located in a different building - I kind of prefer to be able to get up and go in the mornings, and didn't want to have to run up and down just to make sure the stuff in my purse was safe. I ended up sleeping with my passport, etc. inside my pillowcase. The internet is limited to 30 minutes free, and after that it gets a bit pricey. However, it was really cheap (when I went in the off season), clean, well maintained, and close to both the east side gallery and Ostbahnhof. There were some really cheap bakeries and even doener shops close by (about 2 euro, I believe), so it made for a nice stay. |
