We are a youth hostel for everybody who is not older than 26 years - 20 minutes by public transport till Brandenburg Gate - Free maps and free tour cards at the reception Extras: Linen: € 3,50 (once but obligatory) - Guests older than 26 years pay additional 19% VAT on the total balance.

Welcome to a friendly youth-hostel! Tax free for everyone younger than 26 years! Travellers older than 27 have to pay an additional amount of 19% VAT on the total balance. HappyBed Hostel is located in Berlin’s district Steglitz and offers you a good starting point for your activities. Although we are not directly in the city centre, the public transport system provides excellent connections day and night. The numerous restaurants in the area offer a great variety of international cuisine. A big supermarket and an Irish Pub are just next door. We provide you with single rooms, twin rooms and 4 bed rooms – all privats and with shared facilities. Some of our single rooms are equipped with private showers and WC. FREE breakfast, FREE luggage room and no bunk beds! In summer our nice big backyard is great to hang out, chill in a hammock, do barbeques or play table tennis, volley ball and basket ball. Up to 4 coaches and several cars can be parked on our own parking lot. Reachable by public transport day and night. Our reception is open 24/7, no lock out and no curfew. The friendly multi-lingual speaking staff is there to give you more information about the services available and the local events and parties in Berlin. P.S. Location Information

From the metro station Schlossstraße
Get off at U-Bahnhof Schloßstrasse and take the exit Zimmermann-/Deitmerstrasse. When you get up the escalator, please take the first exit to your left. You are now in Deitmerstrasse. Go straight until you reach the crossing to Düppelstrasse. There you turn right into Düppelstrasse. At the next crossing you turn left into Kielerstrasse, this street changes its name after a few meters to Bergstrasse. Walk down Bergstrasse until you reach Körnerstrasse on your left and you find the hostel there.
