Liked: THe staff was more than helpful with everything we needed, the rooms were clean. By far the best hostel I stayed in throughout my months all around europe

Liked: Nice room, good breakfast, close to restaurants + train. Outdoor area to sit and relax.Some room and hallway doors slam shut very noisily making it very hard to sleep - something needs to be done about it or I would not stay again.

Liked: We stayed in a private 4 bed room. Our room and bathroom were very clean and there were decent lockers. There was a great vibe at the bar and the staff were all very helpful.

Liked: Good information available, luggage room for left luggage, easy to understand how to "use" the place, good atmosphere (though it definitely catered for school groups, which was a bit of a turn-off)

Liked: Although being out of the way in East Berlin it is easy to get around Berlin using the subway, trams, and trains. Nice hostel, very clean and secure.

Liked: It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was great. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night there from around 3 AM till 10 AM. Therefore we could not use all the facilities. It would have been an all 5 if the breakfast would have been included in the price.
