Liked: Very clean and well kept. Ensuite showers and bathrooms were nice for a 6 bed mixed dorm.

Disliked: Was a little overpriced, especially given that it did not seem to be very full either night that we stayed, and there was a 10Euro rate difference between the 2 nights. The WiFi we had to pay for, which was fine since it was cheap, but then it was extremely slow, forcing us to stand in the stairwell to get even a medium strength signal.

Liked: Room was very clean, small, but it had all you need. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The elevator gets a bit crowded and sometimes you have a bit of a wait. The hostel is not locked at night, which is a minor security concern.

Liked: The facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. I found the staff to be to be not just good but excellent in helpfulness and friendliness.

Liked: Well worth the investment for a private room - nice and clean and hard to beat having your own shower. Staff are really helpful and generally is a well run hostel.

Disliked: Hostel is a little in no mans-land. Is not really close to any U-Bahn lines - and the ones that are close dont take you directly to the centre.

Liked: The location is good, you can easily see the east and the west part of Berlin, it is near to train stations, restaurants, and not to far away from the famous Richtag

Disliked: staff members were sometimes unexpressive, very serious. It was difficult to make them as friends.

Liked: We liked the beergarden. That was about it.

Disliked: Breakfast was expensivde staff were rude, always extremely long lines at reception, internet a rip off, our cards stopped working every day (so had to queue for half hour to get fixed), no aircon means the place was sweltering, large tour groups were soooooo noisy!

Liked: we had a room almost like a hotel even if we had booked for the hostel side.But we also saw the hostel's rooms, and they are really nice with a shower and bathroom for 6 people. Just think of bringing a small glass or bottle if you wanna take water from the sink cause they are small and the water bottle doesn't fit under it :)It is nice place to stay, cause close to the city center, but not really to meet people. It is a very good value for money though if you wanna be sure to stay in a clean place.

Liked: Stayed in a private room, nice and clean. Would have been helpful if the directions from the metro were for the station closest not the bigger one that was further away. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Kreuzburg which is great.

Liked: cheap, good location! the lockers in dorm rooms were not very secure - the hole for the lock was so big and had been forced so many times my lock could fit through it.

Liked: Internet access, staff were helpful when we requested to change room (although guy who checked us in originally was quite useless).VERY busy, massive group of schoolchildren staying there who kept us up most of the night knocking on doors etc.

Liked: I stayed in a single private "hotel-style" room and really appreciated the balance of privacy, provided towels/linens etc. with the social atmosphere and great price of a hostel. The staff was also really great, helped answer lots of questions for me.
