Liked: A great hostel with a good location and really friendly staff!!! It was super cheap and definitely worth the little money we paid. They have a nice bar and and computers with cheap internet. I would def stay there again and recommend it to my friends. The hostel is kind of loud but if you're looking for fun and place to meet people, this is definitely it!

Liked: They overbooked us at Heart of Gold, but then gave us an apartment a block away at Helter Skelter. I would definitely reccommend the apartments there, they were awesome!

Liked: The staff is so great and friendly. The internet is super cheap, 1 euro for 30 minutes. And Wi-Fi is FREE! It is a great location, within walking distance from Berlin HBF and Museum Island, not to mention Upper East Side Berlin. Great Stay here! When I come back, I am absloutlz staying here!

Liked: loved the rooms...very spacious!!! absolute bargain for 10 euros a night. Loved being able to play pool and buy beer at the bar at 6am after coming back from a night out:) staff were very helpful to us and anywhere with free tea and coffee 24/7 gets double bonus points! I will definetly visit berlin again and for sure stay at the same hostel.

Liked: Nice place with friendly people. Everything is safe and clean and in a good area for transport and going out. The staff were a bit unhelpful but otherwise it was absolutely fine.

Liked: All the staff are very sweet and helpful, location is just great (close to S bahn), breakfast is good. A very nice and big 24h Bar at Reception, tasty music selection. Most of the guests were excellent people too, very likeable irish crowd. A few drunk and noisy english gilrs were the exception...what we didnt like about the place was that the beds were not very stable, not enough storage space in the rooms and that the rooms and some bathroom smelled of humans, maybe something could be done about that. The rest was just perfect !

Liked: I liked that the hostel was themed, had a good, student-friendly atmosphere, quirky decor, it was exceptionally clean, good value for money and the staff were very helpful and friendly, dispensing maps and giving extra info.
