Customer reviewMaybe the best part of staying at Heart of Gold - Berlin were the people working there. They were all extremely helpful and friendly - no question of mine went unanswered to the best of their ability. In addition, the hostel was very well maintained. Everything was clean, which made for an especially welcoming environment. Thanks again to the Heart of Gold staff for making my trip to Berlin fantastic! |

Mengyen LimFree wifi, rooms with large spaces between beds, keycard access, free lending out of locks I forgot to bring my hairdryer along with my trip, and tried my luck at the hostel counter, they actually lend out hairdryers with a deposit of 5euros! |
