Liked: good facilities and location, REALLY great staff- super friendly and helpful. seems like it could have been a good place to meet people but it was kinda dead when i stayed there.

Liked: This hostel has an amazing location (near the S-Bahn station and all the major sightseeing sites), friendly and helpful staff, and was the best stay I have had in Europe. Even when I forgot my camera charger there, they offered to mail it back to me without hassle! you MUST stay here if you are in Berlin! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Liked: Maybe the best part of staying at Heart of Gold - Berlin were the people working there. They were all extremely helpful and friendly - no question of mine went unanswered to the best of their ability. In addition, the hostel was very well maintained. Everything was clean, which made for an especially welcoming environment. Thanks again to the Heart of Gold staff for making my trip to Berlin fantastic!

Liked: Free wifi, rooms with large spaces between beds, keycard access, free lending out of locksI forgot to bring my hairdryer along with my trip, and tried my luck at the hostel counter, they actually lend out hairdryers with a deposit of 5euros!
