Ashley GoreThe staff were amazing and helpful. They give you a map, mark the important sights, and have pick up services for tours and a pub crawl right there at the hostel. Also, I am a girl traveling alone so the fact that I (and my things) were very safe and it is in one of the best parts of town was wonderful! It was walking distance to the majority of major Berlin sights and very close to 2 S-Bahn stations to get you to any that may be farther. I checked out but had a late train and they still treated me as if I was still a guest by allowing me to use a locker, give directions, and come back to the lobby. |

Jane RowlandsGood location, near Friedrichstrasse station which is a great spot for attractions, sighseeing, restauants, cafes, bars etc. Really nice people, friendly staff and the Brewers tours come to the hostel to pick you up. Net is 50cents for 15 mins, 4 euro for 2 hours (seems pretty standard for Germany) and its about 3euro to wash/dry your clothes at the hostel (way easier than going to a laundomat!) Breakie was 3euro and theres a pool table and foozball. Place looks pretty cool as well, being decked out with a Hitchhikers Guide theme.. oh and there's a lift, a blessing when you have a ridiculously heavy backpack! I had a great time here and will definitely go back! |
