Liked: There were very spacious dorms and comfortable beds, nice showers. However the staff, although they were very nice, were not really helpful. There were usually two or three of them drinking or smoking in the yard and then one helping check in customers, meaning that there was always a long line to check in, ask any question, borrow a spoon, etc. All but two of the nights I was here I was woken or kept up by singing and shouting in the courtyard between 3 and 8am. And then at 8am the hammering and drilling noises started.

Liked: Location, atmosphere and the stuff were all great. The breakfast cheap but boring. Really nice beds with large pillows. :)

Liked: The whole idea to design a hostel like The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy is terribly funny and fantastic!! I love this book, so I enjooyed all the little hints, especially the "Don't panic!" sign in the reception area. So keep going, Cheers!

Liked: Perfect location for checking out all of Berlin's sites and night life. Great team of friendly staff, relaxed bar / courtyard area where you are able to byo drinks if you like. Very helpful providing any information and advice needed, spacious dorms and super comfy beds!

Liked: conditions here are great! modern style, beds are very confortable, you can buy a good sleep!! location is in center, close to go everywhere! but the atmosphere is more like hotel...

Liked: It was near 3 UBahn and SBahn stations good and quick connection to Tegel Airport, great club with live music next door (Tacheles). Great way to meet people, good money's worth for breakfast, no queuing for bathrooms. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Great Hostel

Liked: A really good hostel that I would stay in again, a bit lacking in character or charm but then it is in an office block! Could have used a bit more light in our room as it was very dark even with the ceiling light on and curtains open. Bar is great - open 24 hours and drinks were cheap with a good variety. Felt secure and staff were helpful. Location is central but don't be fooled into thinking this is always a good thing - you'd be better of staying somewhere like Kreuzberg where there are a range of cafes, shops, bars and resteraunts, rather than being close to the tv tower and not much else!However note that there is NOT a guest kitchen at this hostel as we had expected - you will not be able to cook your own meals here, though they said guest could use the microwave behind the bar....

Liked: I did not like too many things.. Hostel is in good location, but that's it.. The rooms are nothing special, and the worst things are the toilets, just 3 of those in one floor with 17 rooms.. And toilets were not so clean, not to mention not having toilet paper when I returned in hostel from night out.. For this amount of money, I expect more.

Liked: Nice small dorm size - 6 beds. NO KITCHEN access but 3 euro all-you-can eat breakfast with toast, hot rolls, cheese, cold meats, oranges, cereal, yogurt. Free towels and key-card access.

Liked: Very clean. 2mins from s-bahn and 5-10 mins walk to unter den linden. could do with a few more showers/wc on floor relative to beds.

Liked: Perfect for backpackers, great everything. The only thing I dislike is that promoting their own merchandise (shirts, towels) but the have no unit available for purchase
