It offers you just what you need as a "busy tourist": a bed, a private bathroom and breakfast so that you don't need to worry about finding a place to eat first thing in the morning. Access to public transport is also very important and really good in your case.

It was clean and quite quiet and was walking distance from many tourist sites as well as close to both U and S bahn.
