Julian TomlinsonI did not like anything about this hotel, it was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The service was terrible and the staff were extreemely rude. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I am about to write a complaint to HostelBookers who I hope will take some action against this Hotel. |

Tjarco van RaalteFor the price we paid it was an excellent place to stay. The room included a tv and allthough the reservation mentioned a shared bathroom, it was in fact a private bathroom only seperated from the room. The entrance was a little hard to find. |

Customer reviewNormally I take these ratings with a grain of salt, but please listen to me when I tell you that this place is nasty, filthy, and horribly ran. When I checked in the guy owed me 2 Euros because he could not make change. Needless to say I never received the money that he owed me. When checkout time arrived I wanted to leave at 830 am but had to stick around until 9am for the housekeeper to tell me that he would not be in the office until 12 (not to mention there were other residents trying to check out saying this was the most horrible place they have stayed as well)!! This place is about 15min. from the main part of berlin, in an old apartment\work building. The place or atleast my room looked as if it had not been cleaned in several months (dust everywhere), the tv was broken and sitting in the middle of my floor upon arrival, and the toilet made awful grumbling sounds the entire night and smelled horrible. I would suggest spending 10 more minutes and finding somewhere else to stay. You have been warned!!! |

Per MartinssonPretty good bang for the buck, at least for a city like Berlin. There's nothing too special about the place, but it was clean, quiet and overall a positive experience. When we arrived the person at the counter did not speak either english or german, which caused a bit of confusion, but at all other times the staff was helpful enough. A decent choice for couples. |
