Liked: Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Was able to leave luggage in a secure place before and after checking out on the day, which was very convenient. Quiet and spacey rooms, for all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Perfect cleanliness. In our case, we had to change the reservation one day, owed to a flight problem, and the hostel helped us.

Liked: The hostel was very nice, quite modern and the staff was very friendly. It is not located very close to the tourist attractions of the city but you can easily get to Alexanderplatz in around 20 min by subway. Another guest had said sth about having a four-bed bedroom for her own but that another room was reached through her room, the same happened to me!! Strange, though it was not really problem.

Liked: I liked the friendly staff and personal atmosphere in this hostel. It is clean and comfortable, and you can really have fun there. Music, books, DVDs...

Liked: I liked how nice and new this place was. Breakfast was fairly average (and extra cost) but it was clean. Very quiet over Christmas but it meant I got a room to myself so yay! Good on them for spreading out people instead of shoving everyone into as little rooms as possible. What I felt very weird was that a single room was entered THROUGH my dorm... so it was like a 4.5 person room since you got disturbed every time the person in the single room went in and out.

Liked: The staff are really helpful and friendly, one nice girl gave us really good tips on flea markets, food places and bars. It made my second trip to Berlin more interesting even though i loved it last time! The room wa really clean and warm, showers spotless, breakfast good! I will definately recommend it to my friends!!

Liked: The hostel was not full and they let me stay in a 4-bed room on my own! They could have put all the people together in a few rooms to have less to clean up but they didn't - I appreciated that very much and will surely come back!

Liked: The helpful friendly staff, large spacious clean room (I rented a double room) and good facilities - well kept showers/bathroom. There is also good parking in the streets close to the hostel for anyone travelling with a vehicle.
