03 November 2009	Customer review The room itself was nice, clean, warm with a TV. Bathroom was clean on our first night there, but wasn't cleaned in subsequent days (it was a shared bathroom, plus our floor and the one above ran out of toilet paper which they didn't seem to realise). Wifi advertised was not working, they did not accept credit/debit cards even though they had signs saying they did. When we got there, the door was locked, no one answered the buzzer so had to call (on international roaming) for someone to open the door. They did not know we were coming, did not have the room ready. One night we arrived and the door to our hallway was locked so we couldn't get to our room! Again, had to call someone who took half an hour to get to hostel to unlock. Could not give reason why it was locked. The place does not have someone on-site 24/7 so I'm not sure how safe it would be in the event of an emergency. Unfortunately we also had a big group who were noisy staying at the same time, but the paper thin walls did nothing to diffuse people's voices and walking up and down wooden steps (sometimes in noisy heels!!!) There is also some street parking available so no need to pay for hotel parking.	45%
