Liked: it was a great deal for what i payed. it was clean and quiet, too quiet. i had a 7 bed room all to myself. the only person there sharing the room was out drinking so when i was getting up he was getting to bed.

Disliked: the property has so much potential...it is a nice and clean place. spacious enough to really be an awesome hostel. there is so much space to meet people but there was not excitement, no music, somehow it lack the liveliness most people yearn when on vacations. we were asked to be quiet numerous times around midnight. had there been wifi connectivity in the breakfas/dinner area. more people would have gather there, to check their mail/facebook and MEET OTHER PEOPLE. i could not get wifi in the room, even when i was downstairs in the lobby wifi was very difficult to connect, except right next to the receptionist desk.

Liked: Quiet, clean hotel-like hostel for a good price. East side area which is well connected.

Disliked: Even though it is well-connected, there is a bit of a walk from any station and as a female travelling alone this wasn't so appealing.

Liked: Easy access to the city centre. The hostel restaurant is really good value for money, staff were really helpful and everything was clean.

Disliked: The all you can eat buffet was nice but not really worth the money. It also wasn't a very social hostel, despite the numerous seating areas most guests seemed to keep to themselves.

Liked: Singer109 is a very clean and neat hostel. It looks like a hotel. It is not a party hotel at hotel. More a place where you can sleep cheap and good. The buffet brackfast is very good. The hostel is surrounded by high builingds to find nice bar streets you hae to go on a long walk or by transport. It is very close to the centre alexanderplatz (fehernsehtorn) and shoppingarea. wich is a very touristic place.

Liked: Overall everything is good good good, very good facility, very new and contemporary design, big lobby for relax. The only thing is a bit of walk. Between the breakfast is good.

Liked: the room and the bathroom are very good. it's clean and spacious.and the price is reasonable. i really like there, will surely stay there again if i'm going to Berlin.

Liked: It feels more like a hotel than a hostel.. But the bar and commonareas make give it the hostel atmosphere. Great location towards the east side, but a short walk to the center.

Liked: It was very asthetically pleasing. Offered a bar/lounge, confortable hangout room, computers w/ internet, and very nice, big, clean rooms. Overall a great experience!

Liked: Best hostel i have ever stayed at. More like a 4 star hotel! The dorm was modern with comfy beds, sat tv and the bathroom was top notch. 24 hour bar with pool table. Food was great and beer reasonable. Staff friendly. Free internet. Great buffet breakfast but for 5 Euro extra. Only a few minutes walk from S bahn. But its easier to find if you walk PAST the large blue paddling pool and then take the first footpath to the left. After 8 metres you can see Singer 109 to your right. Fantastic place. Hated leaving.

Liked: A GREAT HOSTEL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Completely new, nice beds and pillows, very clean (although toilet was cleaned only once in our 4-days-stay). We had an upgrade from 8 to 6-bed room :D. High quality and complete breakfast. Friendly and kind staff. Free pc's w/ internet.A few minus (just small issues):* first night we had the windows open (2nd floor looking at main hall) and it was too noisy. We learnt the lesson and slept the other 3 nights with closed windows. * very small shower surrounded by curtain* 15' walking from Alexander platz ...sometimes a bit too long walk.(recomended stop was temporarily closed)Anyway: very positive balance.

Liked: It was just as the pictures in the internet show. It was a little difficult to find with the instructions I got from the internet when my reservation was done. I had some troubles with my "early check-in" but the staff really looked for me to have a pleasent time until my room was ready.
