This has been one of the best hostels ever!. People is really friendly there, the rooms are great and location is just the best! If you're going to Berlin make sure you stay in there...

Loved the hostel, the bar is a fantastic place to meet people & having the new berlin tours pick you up from the hostel foyer is a great idea. only disappointment was breakfast, there needs to be more variety or a toaster, not a sandwhich toaster

Very clean, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Fun bar upstairs. Definately a good place to meet other travelers.

great bar up stairs.
however for the price would have been nice to have at least had free internet.
And there is a slight hospital feel about the place because of its sheer size.

One of the cleanest hostel i've stayed in (as is a new hostel), bathroom in every room, rooms are spacious and not too crowded They have a funky roof top bar, plenty of resturants and shopping around the area and the 'free berlin' tour also starts at this hostel.

A very clean and safe hostel. Huge, so good for meeting people, although this also meant that it wasn't very personal.

Loved it! They did everything right... clean, safe, comfortable, good facilities.The rooms were bigger than most hostels so it´s a little easier to sleep and you´re not so much in each other´s way.

Fantastic hostel. Only got to spend one night there but wish I could have stayed longer! Very trendy interior decoration throughout, young knowledgeable staff and an insane bar on the roof distinguish Wombats as a vibrant, fun and youthful hostel for travellers not wanting to rest. Not that getting to sleep is much of a problem - the beds were adequate and room was spacious. It was a little noisy outside, but that is easily understandable considering the prime location. Wombats is centred in a district of fantastic pubs, clubs, bars and cafes, each of which competes to be the cheapest and most original without sacrificing quality.
It was cheap as chips too. Breakfast is priced at €3.50, which is average. (The actual breakfast was the only thing I was not entirely happy about - the milk was warm and the bread was a little stale, but Im not sure if this is frequently the case and Im just nitpicking here).
Highly recommended.

the location is great, the facilities are widden and the bar with a great wiev over the Berlin's city center is fabulous. Moreover, in my opinion the wombat's hostel gained many points for its cleanliness.
